Mr. Ramswaroop Shivhare
Chairman

Shri Ram Swaroop Shivhare is a distinguished industrialist, philanthropist, and educationist dedicated to value-based learning. He serves as the President of the Indus Global Education & Welfare Society and Chairman of the Patel Education & Welfare Society, working tirelessly to advance quality education and social welfare.

Mr. Akash Shivhare
CMD

After earning a B.Com degree from Bhopal, he started his business career with an HPCL petrol pump in Gwalior in 2004. He later expanded into education, leading the growth of Malwa Institute of Technology and establishing several successful educational institutions. He also diversified into manufacturing through partnerships with BIRA 91 and Carlsberg, and collaborated with Kangaroo Kids and Billabong High in 2018.

Mr. Nikunj Shivhare
MD & CEO

A graduate of The Scindia School, Gwalior, and De Montfort University, U.K., he joined the Malwa Group of Institutions in 2016 and played a key role in expanding its education ventures. He later launched Billabong High International School and Kangaroo Kids in Indore. Since 2021, he has been the Dealer Principal and Managing Director of Nikunj Motors (Maruti Suzuki Arena) and True Value in Gwalior.
