Payments

All payments made toward vehicle booking, insurance, or spare parts are subject to final confirmation by Nikunj Motors. Booking amounts are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer. Finance and EMI options are subject to approval by the respective banking or NBFC partner and their applicable terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

Refund requests, if applicable, must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date. Refunds are subject to review and approval by Nikunj Motors management. Test Drive & Appointments

Test drive appointments are subject to vehicle availability and final confirmation by our showroom team. Nikunj Motors reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers are requested to carry a valid driving licence at the time of the test drive. Walk-in appointments are welcome subject to availability.
